Cameron High School senior Sydney Burkle has been selected as Career & Technical Education Student of the Quarter.
Sydney believes the Agribusiness Systems and Plant Systems programs have brought her closer to her peers while improving her social skills. “I’m now a better public speaker,” explained Sydney. “FFA has also taught me life lessons. I’m able to solve real-world problems because of my experiences in FFA. I am forever thankful for the home Cameron FFA has given me.” She is currently the organization’s president.
After graduation Sydney will attend West Liberty University to major in Biology. She plans to eventually earn a Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant studies. Sydney is the daughter of Eric and Amy Burkle and Dr. Robert and Shelley Crake.
